Refund and Exchange Policy
At Chemistrie, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because skincare products require careful handling and product integrity is important to us, we have established the following return and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for either:
- An exchange for another Chemistrie product, or
- Chemistrie store credit.
Chemistrie does not issue refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Opened or Used Products
For safety, quality, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
If you believe your product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise compromised, please contact us as described below rather than submitting it as a standard return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact support@chemistrieco.com within 15 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product you would like to return or exchange
- Reason for the request
Please do not send products back without first contacting Chemistrie.
If your return is approved, our team will provide instructions for returning your product.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard returns and exchanges.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
If the return is the result of an error by Chemistrie, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product, Chemistrie will cover the appropriate shipping costs.
